As Oy Ulvilantie 17a and As Oy Porintie 9 are working together on an energy renovation that will halve the heating costs and reduce the carbon footprint by 770 tonnes per year.
In addition to building geothermal heating, the housing associations decided to start capturing heat from the exhaust air, build a photovoltaic system and install cabling for electric car charging points in all parking spaces. At the same time, the property automation system will be modernised and connected to LeaseGreen’s Meta service.
