LeaseGreen’s trainee programme is designed for graduates or recent graduates who want to become top professionals in the real estate industry. We offer you a platform for your first career steps in the form of a permanent employment relationship. You can work full-time or part-time in the early stages. Your educational background may be in a technical or commercial field, for example in a major in real estate, energy or production economics. However, a specific educational background or previous knowledge of the sector is not a requirement for the post. We value systematic and mathematical analytical skills, good Excel and PowerPoint skills, a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn and develop with us. You will also have the courage to work in a client-facing environment. We consider PowerBI skills or similar data analytics software skills an advantage. You will work in both Finnish and English.
The trainee programme will start in spring 2024 and we will immediately sign a permanent employment contract with you. The trainee position is full-time, but we can also offer the necessary flexibility in terms of studies to start with. During the programme, you will work in your role as Energy Analyst independently but in close cooperation with other LeaseGreen employees and will be given responsibilities according to your skills. In your role as Energy Analyst you will learn the principles and practices of energy management and work hands-on with emissions data. The aim of the trainee programme is to develop you from a trainee to a top performer!

As a LeaseGreen trainee, you get fair compensation for the work you do! We are committed to paying a salary in accordance with the recommendations of the TEK. Depending on the stage of your studies and any previous work experience, your monthly salary will be between EUR 3000 and EUR 3700 per month, plus a lunch allowance if you wish.
