What does the LeaseGreen trainee programme include?
The trainee programme will start in spring 2024 and we will immediately sign a permanent employment contract with you. The trainee position is full-time, but we can also offer the necessary flexibility in terms of studies to start with. During the programme, you will work in your role as Energy Analyst independently but in close cooperation with other LeaseGreen employees and will be given responsibilities according to your skills. In your role as Energy Analyst you will learn the principles and practices of energy management and work hands-on with emissions data. The aim of the trainee programme is to develop you from a trainee to a top performer!
With the Trainee Programme, your tasks will include:
- Collection and analysis of energy consumption and production data
- Preparing energy reports and ensuring that they are systematic
- Developing and implementing new policies and systems
At LeaseGreen we work in a hybrid model and partial telecommuting is also possible in this role.
As a LeaseGreen trainee, you get fair compensation for the work you do! We are committed to paying a salary in accordance with the recommendations of the TEK. Depending on the stage of your studies and any previous work experience, your monthly salary will be between EUR 3000 and EUR 3700 per month, plus a lunch allowance if you wish.
