LeaseGreen’s current Account Director Johannes Rimpiläinen has been appointed as a member of the company’s Management Team from the beginning of 2025. In his new role as Director of Energy Services, he brings 10 years of experience in serving real estate investor clients to the development of the services business, reinforcing LeaseGreen’s goal of providing more comprehensive energy efficiency solutions to its customers.
Rimpiläinen was hired in 2015 as the third employee of LeaseGreen, which was then taking its first steps, and he has played a key role in growing the company’s customer relationships and developing energy efficiency solutions. The position of Energy Services Manager will allow him to better combine in-depth customer insight with the hard-edged technical expertise of the energy services team professionals. With this combination, the company is the only operator in Finland that can offer an energy management model where new feasible measures are continuously generated from consumption monitoring and the savings of the implemented measures are guaranteed by tireless monitoring.

Rimpiläinen’s elevation to LeaseGreen’s management team follows Johanna Rapp’s decision to continue in new roles outside the company. Rapp, who will lead the service business from 2022, has, among other things, led his team through crucial changes to LeaseGreen’s digital tracking tools, which in their current form help the entire company to deliver on its only service promise: to make energy savings permanent.
