LeaseGreen’s new Chairman of the Board Anna Hyvönen sees great potential in modernising the building services systems of Finnish properties. According to Hyvönen, LeaseGreen has built a strong relationship with its customers, whose everyday lives can be helped even better by developing its service business.
“Our goal is to be the customer’s most reliable partner in matters related to the energy system in the building,” Hyvönen says. “We make sure that the technology works as intelligently and efficiently as possible every day, and we raise the flag when a piece of equipment becomes symptomatic of a future need for repair. Alongside our service business are large-scale, comprehensive energy projects, for which LeaseGreen has the strongest expertise in Finland.”
Anna Hyvönen is currently working at Nokia Tyres as Business Director. Hyvönen is responsible for the Nordic market area and the Vianor business. Previously, she has held management positions in Ramirent, Kone’s maintenance business and Nokia’s network business services.
Before joining the LeaseGreen Board, Hyvönen has served on the Board of Caverion, a listed company, from 2013 to 2020, and on the Board of Normet, where he continues to serve. According to Hyvönen, success in service, maintenance and services requires putting the customer’s interests before your own:
“Be open, humble and honest. Don’t over-promise, but keep what you promise. When things get complicated, tell the customer immediately, not when you have to.”
Anna Hyvönen says that she became interested in LeaseGreen because of the company’s unique mission.
