Olli is a guru in ventilation solution design. He has extensive experience in industrial and other property ventilation solutions, and he designs ventilation solutions for all types of properties. Olli is a persistent workhorse, but equally the company's toughest billiards player. Not necessarily the best, but the toughest.

Ville is responsible for designing building automation systems at LeaseGreen. He can solve the most difficult details and fine-tune the smallest nuances. Ville is one of the company's most precise guys and a great admirer of architecture, as well as probably the toughest building automation expert in the Finnish skateboarding scene.

Miro is an invaluable part of the design team. He brings strong electrical engineering expertise to the team and is responsible for electrical solutions. Miro is one of LeaseGreen's most experienced veterans: he was the company's third employee.

Victor is one of our newest technical reinforcements. This precise and almost always cheerful man does concept and implementation design, especially related to ventilation and geothermal systems. In his free time, Victor enjoys the company of friends and his dog, as well as spending time in the kitchen. One of his specialties is sous vide elk tenderloin, preferably self-hunted.

Jaakko designs ventilation solutions and heat pump systems at LeaseGreen. When the situation demands, this usually thoughtful man can also make quick decisions. In his free time, Jaakko is a rock guy who enjoys good old rock as well as heavy metal.

Rami works as a building automation designer and has experience with various types of projects. He has a great interest in all things technical, especially cars and information technology.

Otto leads the implementation team and ensures that projects progress and are completed as agreed. He is a continuously self-developing generalist who not only has experience in various energy efficiency projects but also solid expertise in project management.

Meticulous and relaxed at the same time? That's the kind of project manager Arttu is, with solid experience in HVAC contracting. In his free time, you might find him at the rehearsal space playing the accordion.

Juuso is a rational and precise, yet 'relaxed' project manager in the Helsinki area. He has solid experience in energy and HVAC project supervision tasks, as well as HVAC installation work. In his free time, Juuso is interested in all things sports-related, so you'll probably find him on the playing field with a stick in hand.

Jyrki is responsible for managing energy efficiency projects in Helsinki. He is the implementation team's pipe brain, solving even the trickiest pipe puzzles. Jyrki has been recruited to this side of the fence after previously working as a contractor on several projects implemented by LeaseGreen.

Otto ensures and supervises that everything on the construction sites is done exactly as it should be. That's why you'll find him at the site at the beginning, during, and at the end of each work phase. For those interested in military history - the man is a walking history book.

Johannes is the director of energy services with over 10 years of experience working with real estate investor clients and developing service business. His expertise helps LeaseGreen offer customers even more diverse and efficient energy solutions.

In his pilot role, Sami works on remote monitoring of sites and ensuring energy optimization. Sami has a technical background in building automation design and has exceptional knowledge of the systems used in remote monitoring.

Laura's responsibilities at LeaseGreen include preparing energy reports and ensuring systematic reporting. Additionally, Laura supports the service team in implementing and developing new operating models and systems. In her free time, Laura enjoys Finland's beautiful nature in the forest or by the sea.

Jonni is the ship's captain, whose task is to remove all obstacles for LeaseGreen's professionals to create the best customer value. An M.Sc. (Econ.) who strayed from strategy consulting into the world of real estate and has since fallen in love with it. Outside of work, Jonni is bossed around by a duo of daughters who know how to set the bar even higher than the customers.

Jenni is a deep diver into project finances and profitability, and with her calculation power, she produces all the financial information that the company's management could ever need.

Under Jere's leadership, the sales team prepares the most suitable investment proposals for customers - not too big, not too small, but just right. For a finance guy, Jere is annoyingly often right about technical matters as well.
